Description

This course explores the historical foundations and evolving role of philanthropy
within the nonprofit sector. Students will examine how philanthropy has shaped
societies, the impact of charitable giving, and the role of nonprofits in addressing
social issues. Emphasis is placed on understanding the motives behind philanthropic
efforts and evaluating their effectiveness in creating lasting change.
