Fall 2018 Reminders:
  • The Fall 2018 add/drop period has expired, requests to drop a class will now be processed as a course withdrawal. Course withdrawals will result in a "W" grade/permanent academic record. The course withdrawal form must be completed for course withdrawal. 
  • Fall 2018 Final Exam Schedule is posted under the Resources tab.

Spring 2019 Registration:

  • Spring 2019 courses will be available for viewing on 10/26.
  • Students are asked to connect with his/her advisor during the advising period starting 10/29. 
  • Online registration via MyHCHC begins on Tuesday, 11/13. 

Announcements: 

  • The MyHCHC photo upload feature is now enabled. You may upload a profile photo under "Personal Info" (next to login)  followed by "Photo" tab for photo upload. By uploading a photo, this will allow faculty to better put a name and face together as your name/photo will appear together on the class roster.

The Fall 2018 tuition & fees statements, have been uploaded to your student portal. 

​​You will find your statement under the Students tab > Student Account> Course and Fee Statement > Generate My Course and Fee Statement.   

The estimated financial aid award letter that you received from the Financial Aid office indicates the anticipated amount of school scholarships and federal student aid that you will receive for the academic year.  At the bottom of your award letter, the amount of "your contribution” or “your responsibility" for the Fall 2018 semester is the payment amount that is currently due.  Billing statements are due and payable upon receipt.

All Balances need to paid before the start of the Fall semester.​

If you did not receive an Estimated Financial Aid Award letter, please immediately contact Michael Kirchmaier, the Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships.  If you do not have an award letter, the total amount on the billing statement is currently due in full.

Payment may be remitted with a check payable to Hellenic College or with a credit card by phone or at the Finance Office. Direct line for credit card payment: 617-850-1272.
