***REMINDER – Fall Student Account Billing Statements ***

The Fall 2017 semester billing statement was posted to your student portal on July 1st.

To generate your tuition & fees statement, please follow this path: Student Tab> Student  Accounts>Course & Fees Statement>Generate My Course & Fee Statement

School scholarships and federal financial aid have not yet been applied to your billing statement and will not be posted until the start of the Fall semester. 

The estimated financial aid award letter that you received from the Financial Aid and Scholarship Office indicates the anticipated amount of school scholarships and federal student aid that you will receive for the academic year.  At the bottom of your award letter, the amount of "your contribution” or “your responsibility" for the Fall 2017 semester is the payment amount that is currently due.  Billing statements are due and payable upon receipt. 

If you did not receive an Estimated Financial Aid Award letter, please immediately contact Michael Kirchmaier, the Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships.  If you do not have an award letter, the total amount on the billing statement is currently due in full. 

Payment may be remitted by mailing a check payable to Hellenic College or with a credit card by phone or at the Finance Office
