Welcome to the MyHCHC Student Portal for Hellenic College Holy Cross!

You will receive your new password in your email account. Once you successfully log in, you may change your password at any time. If you are an applicant, you will need to contact the Admissions office to obtain your password.


In order to register for classes for the Spring 2017 Semester, you must be financially cleared from the Bursar’s Office. 
If there is a balance due on your account or satisfactory payment arrangements have not been made, a financial hold will be applied to your account and you will be unable to register for the semester.


Upcoming Important Dates

  • Veterans Day Observed: No classes held on Friday, November 11th.
  • Spring 2017 Registration: November 14th-18th
  • Thanksgiving Break: No classes held from November 23rd-27th. 
  • Community Liturgy & Study Day: No classes held Tuesday, December 6th.
  • Last Day of Classes: Thursday, December 15th
  • Final Exams: December 16th-22nd
  • Final Grades Due: Wednesday, December 28th 


  • Student schedules are available under the "Students" tab ---> Click "View Details" in the schedule portlet for class locations/details to appear. Class meeting days/times/locations are subject to change. Please view your class schedule online for the most up to date schedule.
  • The add/drop period has expired. Course drops after 9/6/16 result in course withdrawals/"W" grades/permanent academic record. The Course Withdrawal Form is required for course withdrawal.

Spring 2017 Online Registration

  • October 24th: Spring 2017 Course Offerings will be published in MyHCHC. Course descriptions/course details will be posted under the "Students" tab. 
  • October 24th - November 10th: Academic Advising: Please refer to the academic advising guidelines in addition to your advising worksheet/degree audit in preparation for your advisor meeting. Online registration is an enhancement to the registration process, not a substitution for advising. Students are required to meet with their academic advisor. Please plan accordingly.
  • November 14th -18th: Spring 2017 Online Registration will take place in the MyHCHC student portal. Registration will open at 8:00 AM on Monday, November 14th and will close at 5:00 PM on Friday, November 18th. Please be prepared to register online during the registration period.
  • November 18th 5 PM: Late Registration will be subject to the $100 late registration fee.
  • Note:
    • Elective courses in the School of Theology are limited to 8 students. Juniors/Seniors are given first priority. 
    • Students may opt to be wait-listed for a course should the course be full. The wait-list will be reviewed daily.
