Announcements

The Fall 2018 tuition & fees statements, dated July 1, 2018,  have been uploaded to your student portal. 

​​You will find your statement under the Students tab > Student Account> Course and Fee Statement > Generate My Course and Fee Statement.   

The estimated financial aid award letter that you received from the Financial Aid office indicates the anticipated amount of school scholarships and federal student aid that you will receive for the academic year.  At the bottom of your award letter, the amount of "your contribution” or “your responsibility" for the Fall 2018 semester is the payment amount that is currently due.  Billing statements are due and payable upon receipt.

All Balances need to paid before the start of the Fall semester.​

If you did not receive an Estimated Financial Aid Award letter, please immediately contact Michael Kirchmaier, the Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships.  If you do not have an award letter, the total amount on the billing statement is currently due in full.

Payment may be remitted with a check payable to Hellenic College or with a credit card by phone or at the Finance Office. Direct line for credit card payment: 617-850-1272.

  • Fall 2018 Course Offerings are available for searching in MyHCHC using the course search feature under the "Students" tab.
  • Undergraduate Cross-Registration now includes Regis College (Weston, MA) in addition to Boston College & Newbury College.
  • Graduate Cross-Registration via BTI now includes Hartford Seminary.
  • Student schedules are available under the "Students" tab ---> Click "View Details" in the schedule portlet for class locations/details to appear. Class meeting days/times/locations are subject to change. Please view your class schedule online for the most up to date schedule.

Weather Alert

Any cancellation of classes and activities due to inclement weather will be announced via text, phone, and email through RAVE, HCHC's Emergency Alert System (EAS).
