Welcome to the MyHCHC Student Portal for Hellenic College Holy Cross!

***Student Accounts on Hold  ***

Please be advised that the business office has placed a hold on all student accounts with unpaid balances.  This hold will restrict you from registering online for the Fall 2017 semester. 

Please visit the finance office as soon as possible and we will assist you with settlement of your student account. 

If you have a signed payment plan agreement on file and the payments are up to date, the account hold will be removed.

Also, if you have received an award letter that includes a pending scholarship, please provide a copy of the award letter to the finance office and the hold will be temporarily removed to allow for registration.

SPRING 2017

  • Final Grades Due for Ongoing Students: Wednesday, May 24th

SUMMER 2017

  • Summer Session I: Monday, May 22nd-Monday, June 12th
  • Holy Ascension: No classes held on Thursday, May 25th. Classes will be held on Friday.
  • Memorial Day: No classes held on Monday, May 29th
  • Summer Session II/Kallinikeion Institute: Monday, July 24-Friday, August 18th 

Announcements

  • Student schedules are available under the "Students" tab ---> Click "View Details" in the schedule portlet for class locations/details to appear. Class meeting days/times/locations are subject to change. Please view your class schedule online for the most up to date schedule.
  • Course Withdrawals require the Course Withdrawal Form (see Resources tab). 

Fall 2017 Online Registration

  • Incoming students for Fall 2017 will be be pre-registered over the summer (June-Aug). 
  • Academic Advising: Please refer to the academic advising guidelines in addition to your advising worksheet/degree audit (see Advising tab in MyHCHC) in preparation for your advisor meeting. Online registration is an enhancement to the registration process, not a substitution for advising. Students are required to meet with their academic advisor. 
  • In order to register for classes for the Fall 2017 Semester, you must be financially cleared from the Bursar’s Office.  If there is a balance due on your account or satisfactory payment arrangements have not been made, a financial hold will be applied to your account and you will be unable to register for the semester.
  • Late Registration will be subject to the $100 late registration fee. Students must submit the paper course registration form.
  • Note:
    • Elective courses in the School of Theology: Juniors/Seniors are given first priority. 
    • MDGK (Modern Greek Language) courses require lecture AND lab. Please register for both.
    • Students may opt to be wait-listed for a course should the course be full. The wait-list will be reviewed daily. 
    • Directed Study requires the completion of the Directed Study Petition (located in MyHCHC/Resources tab)
    • Undergraduate Cross-Registration with Newbury College/Boston College requires cross-registration paperwork located in the Registrar's Office. Students may register for MISC 1005 as a temporary credit placeholder.
    • BTI Cross-Registration for graduate students is online. Please follow instructions located on the BTI Portal. Students may register for MISC 2005 as a temporary credit placeholder. 
    • When using the course search feature in the portal, do not over select search criteria. Less is more when using this feature. Select your appropriate division (undergraduate/graduate), and click "Search". This will allow you to see all offerings under either the undergraduate or graduate division. In addition, refrain from using the back arrow when using the portal.

 

Weather Alert Center

Any cancellation of classes and activities due to inclement weather will be announced via text, phone, and email through RAVE, HCHC's Emergency Alert System (EAS).
