Description
Developing a personal brand/image is important in today's job market and this course is essential in preparing to meet the challenges in obtaining an internship and first job. Through practical assignments the student will begin to develop a unique personal brand and become confident in the job search process. Exercises and activities include developing a career plan, learning job search techniques, creating a resume, constructing a cover letter, developing interviewing skills, having a positive online presence, creating and maintaining a LinkedIn profile, as well as learning networking techniques. This course is open to all students.
